1. Scriptwriting

2. Voice Overs
We have strong working relationships with the very best voice overs in the UK. You will hear many of our voice overs on commercial and BBC television and radio. Our aim is to advise you on the voices that will work for your company, based on your brand and marketplace. All our productions are presented with a male and female voice. If male or female only are required, no problem.
3. Music Selections
All our on hold productions are created using the very best voice over and music selections. Our in-house music composer regularly creates new music tracks and they are added to our library. Again, our creative team will aim to select the music tracks which best fit your brand and we have a large selection to choose from. Our music tracks are categorized into moods, styles and many have a very contemporary feel.
4. Digital playback equipment
We highly recommend you do not use a CD player to play your audio. CD players are not designed to be run 24/7, they have moving parts and after time, the laser often causes the CD to skip. Also, if the power supply is interrupted, the CD will no longer be programmed to run continuously and will stop. This would not impress your callers and is a waste of investment. Our digital on hold player has no moving parts, the audio quality is of the highest standard, it is compact in size and you can update your audio at any time with the simple SD card which is supplied with the player. We send you the audio as an mp3 file and you copy it to the card. The process is complete.
